- We offer a free feasibility study for your project. We can suggest alternative designs or take your ideas and turn them into practical, workable solutions, ensuring that building and planning regulations are met.
- We will not undertake any projects that we do not think will get the planning permission or building regulation approval.
- Once agreed the next step is for an architect to provide a fully detailed elevation working drawing combined with structural calculations, which will then be submitted to your local authority for approval.
- We realise that having a loft conversion or extension is probably one of the largest investments and home improvements you’ll make to your home. That is why we believe that our friendly professional approach combined with good communication can achieve exactly what you need. After all, on many of our projects you will be seeing us every day for between 5 to 10 weeks or longer!
- Most of our work is acquired by personal recommendation. This is because we work to high standards and are hands-on.
- We promise to leave all of our customers happy each day, with a nice, tidy house. And we don’t leave any questions or problems festering – if you have any concerns, we encourage you to tell us immediately so that they can be dealt with there and then.
- All you are expected to do are the nice things, such as choosing the colour of your walls and carpets, what type of lighting you would like and so on. Oh, yes, and pay our invoice!
- We have a strict policy that once a job is started, we will complete your project as quickly as possible without a break. That means our time is allocated entirely to you, there is nowhere else we need to be, and we will stay until your project has been completed.
- Other trusted trade colleagues are called in when necessary. This also ensures no days are left out and the contract is completed as quickly as possible. The only interruptions tend to be due to British weather! We will keep you informed and up to date on progress at all times.
- We understand that finishing a job exactly as you imagined is very important to both you and us, and that all the time spent in designing your new rooms is put to good use. So we respect your wishes even when it comes to the smallest details, such as TV and telephone points, cupboard space, matching skirting and architrave, lights to the eaves space, windows to the new landing and even the position of your bed or table. Paying attention to these details will ensure that nothing is missed.
- Some of our existing clients are happy to have prospective future customers examine our workmanship in their homes. If you would like to do so, please let us know and we will put you in touch with them.
- We also know know that accidents can happen, even though that we take every step to prevent them from happening. So, for peace of mind, we and all of our trade colleagues have public liability insurance for well over £2,000,000.
